Since beginning its run on Disney+ in early 2021, Marvel Studios has found impressive success in the world of serialized storytelling within the MCU. Kicking things off with the Emmy Award-winning WandaVision, five shows in total premiered last year, and 2022 is set to start off with Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight. This new property will also be the first Disney+ show centered on a completely new MCU hero.

Directing duo Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson took the reins for the first season of Moon Knight, which could even be the show's only season if rumors from star Oscar Isaac are true. However, Moorhead and Benson's work has already impressed Marvel Studios enough ahead of the show's release that the studio is bringing them onto Season 2 of Loki, continuing a trend that's developing in the MCU.

Many of Marvel Studios movies and shows bring back names from other entries, including Jac Schaeffer on WandaVision and Captain Marvel along with Malcolm Spellman on The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Captain America 4. This continues with Moon Knight, which was recently revealed to have multiple big names from Marvel Studios' past, present, and future on board.

The Writer's Guild of America West (via Murphy's Multiverse) listed the writers for every episode of Marvel Studios' Moon Knight, which debuts on March 30, 2022.

Additionally, Beau Demayo co-wrote Episode 3 of Moon Knight with Cameron, and he's deep into his work as a co-writer on the animated X-Men '97 series as well.

Here are the credited writers for all six episodes of Moon Knight:

WandaVision, X-Men, & Moon Knight Join Forces

Marvel Studios has built up an incredible roster of writers over the past 14 years, many of whom have taken responsibilities on multiple entries with different leading characters. Moon Knight appears to be utilizing that same strategy with a trio of writers who have credits from Phase 4 on their resume, whether they've premiered to the public yet or not.

WandaVision remains one of the most talked-about projects Marvel Studios has ever delivered, which should be a great sign for Cameron after having worked on two of its nine episodes. Fans will also get a taste of DeMayo's writing expertise before he takes on a more prevalent role with X-Men '97; this will also give him both a live-action entry and an animated show in Phase 4.

Moon Knight is proving to have an A-list team of professionals both in front of the camera and behind it, which should only serve to build more anticipation for its release. Combine that with two thrilling trailers, and the series is setting up to be something that will kick off 2022 for Marvel Studios with quite a bang.

Moon Knight is set to debut on Disney+ on March 30, 2022.
